The five-year, global agreement gives SSB marketing and distribution rights to ATMI’s Magnetic Mixer technology. Also, the deal gives SSB rights to ATMI’s portfolio of bioreactor-related intellectual property. This allows SSB to further enable its Biostat CultiBag bioreactors.
In a separate development, ATMI has added a new range of single-use bioprocess vessels to its Integrity product line. The new products are available in both 2-D and 3-D bags and are manufactured from ATMI’s Integrity TK8 polymer film.
