Bespak
Bespak plc, a leader in devices for inhaled drug delivery and anaesthesia, develops delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry and disposable airway management products for critical care settings. Bespak's own product range includes pressurised metered dose inhaler (pMDI) valves and actuators, dry powder devices, dose-counters, inflation valves, breathing circuits, disposable face masks and laryngeal tubes.
We offer our customers expertise at every stage of the product lifecycle from concept creation to manufacturing, offering an unrivalled record in delivering device development programmes. Together with our proprietary phase-gated product development process, BPIP, we employ a number of improvement tools and techniques including:

We offer flexible development, industrialisation and scaleable manufacturing solutions to a wide range of companies and projects. Our facilities are capable of delivering more than 1 billion plastic moulded components every year and currently we manufacture over 450 million devices per year using facilities and processes that are tailored to meet the regulatory and design requirements of each product.
Bespak has developed pMDI valves for more products currently marketed with hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) formulations than any other manufacturer and has industrialised and manufactured more dry powder inhalers than any other company.
