iNSPECT is I Holland's bespoke visual inspection system for the close, physical examination and photography of punch tips and tablets. This has been especially customised for use in the pharmaceutical environment.

iNSPECT allows for a clear and precise high quality image to be easily generated on a PC. This can be used to quickly validate tablets, punch tips, cups, die bores, embossing or land. The image can be emailed internally within the user's organisation to aid product transfer for example, or emailed directly to I Holland for further consultation if necessary. This process allows for quick and easy identification of any tooling defects or wear, helping to avoid costly delays in production and product wastage.
