ThermoSafe and Storopack form EU focused partnership

Insulated packaging specialist ThermoSafe Brands has formed a supply partnership with German firm Storopack Hans Reichenecker in an effort to expand in Europe.

ThermoSafe president Colleen Bohn, said: “Storopack’s broad footprint of moulding operations in Europe extends our capabilities and… [the addition of its] manufacturing, engineering and distribution capabilities to our value proposition will strengthen our presence in the European Life Sciences market.”

Storopack, which is headquartered in Metzingen, supplies protective packaging, transport packaging, technical moulded parts and logistics and is the leading player in the region’s expanded polystyrene (EPS) packaging market.

In addition to its German base, Storopack also has operations in France, Spain, the Czech Republic and Turkey, as well as China.
