Speed and flexibility claimed for new top load case packer

The new, fully automatic top load case packer from end-of-line packaging specialist Brenton significantly improves packing speeds compared with manual operations while boosting flexibility, claims the company.

The BantamPro ELS model occupies similar floor space on the packaging line as hand pack operations but with the added benefit of fully automatic performance, it said.

The packer accommodates RSC cases and automatically performs multiple packaging operations, including case erecting, loading, and sealing sections.

It is features a robotic loading pick-and-place module designed in collaboration with Schneider Electric. The interchangeable robot modules can be programmed to deliver desired cycle rates and payload capacities.
