The new alliance will see CPRI’s ‘small-scale’ peptide development and production division, with its North American customer base, uniting with Lonza’s current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) peptide manufacturing and development services .
The firms claim the partnershipwill provide a ‘more complete peptide offering’ from research to commercial supply with a ‘seamless transition’ of custom peptide projects between CPRI and Lonza’s facilities.
Lonza has also recently partnered with Dalton Pharma Services to provide a range of chemistry services, from discovery through to commercial production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
