In-Pharmatechnologist.com has chosen Interphex - the drug industry’s biggest production and processing technology show – as the launch event for our new look, refocused news website.

The event - which takes place in New York, US May 1 to 3 – brings together leaders in the pharmaceutical manufacturing technology, processing and services space and is the ideal opportunity to share the exciting news about the changes we’ve made to in-Pharmatechnologist.com.

Our new look site has been developed with navigation and ease of access in mind. We’ve refocused our news coverage to concentrate on core industry topics like: ingredients (APIs, excipients and intermediates; drug delivery (formulation and technology) ; and processing (from biomanufacturing to solid dose production).

We will also report on industry-relevant news in the global regulatory space to make sure our readers know about all the latest developments as and when the happen, whether they make medicines in Massachusetts, source APIs from Andhra Pradesh, create chiral-intermediates in China or export excipients from Europe.

The in-Pharmatechnologist.com editorial team : Natalie (@morrison_pharma ), Nick (@nick__taylor ) and I (@garethmacdonald ) will be at Interpehex 2012 to share the exciting innovations we’ve introduced to the refocused in-Pharmatechnologist.com while – of course – keeping an eye on the news that breaks at the show.

Look forward to seeing you in New York
