The CF-1200R model can fill up to 72,000 capsules per hour, in the size range of #00 - #04, and is operated by touch screen controls.

A specially increased size dosage plate ensures uniform powder flow and accurate powder filling, and an improved powder shield plate eliminates the problems of powder spilling, increasing the density and uniformity of the filled powder capsule.

The capsule filler is supplied complete with a dust collector and additional parts can be added to allow features such as automatic empty capsule and powder loading.

The machines were designed and developed by an associate company, Hanningfield Pharmachine based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and major component manufacturers include Omron, SEW, Reitschle, Schneider, and Weidmuller.
