Sewtec claims that its new LX5194 Labelling System is the first to be compatible with both single and multipack cartons, enhancing the flexibility and speed with which manufacturers can switch between production runs
The LX5194 unit’s versatility is achieved by positioning single cartons in a separate lane where they are rotate 90 degrees and stacked in fours, giving them similar overall dimensions of multipacks. The machine can handle pack sizes up to 67 x 85mm with a throughput of 3200 singles and 800 multipacks per hour.
