Tris Pharma has launched its new drug delivery platform, NoBuse, which it claims provides a way to administer effective pain relief or ADHD products that are nearly impervious to abuse.
The platform puts the drug into very fine polymeric particles and coats it with a highly flexible non-breakable film. This makes it difficult to extract the drug by crushing the tablet or dissolving it in alcohol.
NoBuse can be used for tablets, liquid suspensions, orally disintegrating tablets and drug strips.
