Weifang Shengtai, a subsidiary of Shengtai Pharmaceutical, will supply 9,300 tons of material to Kelun Sichuan, with the remaining 700 tons being delivered to Kelun Guizhou.
Kelun manufactures and markets a range of drugs, including injectables. Weifang Shengtai describes itself as “a leading producer of pharmaceutical injection-grade glucose in China”.
The deal will benefit both companies by driving expansion of production and continuous improvement of product quality, said Weifang Shengtai. Reasonable prices have been agreed, added the supplier, and the deal will be carried out by prepayments.
