Mesaoffers wireless, real time monitoring
Mesa Laboratories has launched the DataTrace RF System, its new data logger that offers real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, humidity or other variable using radio frequency (RF).
The new system is said to combine the best attributes of both wired and wireless logging systems and consists of data loggers (transmitters), repeaters (signal relay devices), a host (receiver) and software.
These features were also seen in prior DataTrace models but the new technology also offers the ability to transmit data to the PC in real time through Mesa's proprietary DTLinc RF network.
By enabling the user to instantly view process or validation data Mesa believes it has created a system that can save time and prevent processing mistakes.
International Products expands cleaning offerings
International Products has added two new cleaning fluids to its range, a liquid enzyme cleaner and a citric acid cleaner.
The liquid enzyme cleaner, called Zymit Pro is a blend of protease enzymes, detergents, and builders that act in a complementary manner to clean, according to the company. International Products has said Zymit outperforms its competitors in the removal of whey protein and blood gelatin, in addition to offering a two-year shelf life and a non-hazardous formula.
International Products has also released Micro, its new citric acid cleaner for the removal of oxide, scale, mineral deposits, milkstone, and inorganic soils.
The company claims Micro's biodegradable blend of chelating citric acid and anionic surfactants offers enhanced cleaning performance compared to simple citric acids and other citric-based products. In addition, Micro is said to be milder than most acid cleaners, with a pH of 2.5.
Beijer offers new operator panel
Beijer Electronics has launched the Exter T150-st, its new stainless steel operator panel, which the company claims offers numerous advantages over its competitors.
Firstly, the Exter T150-st is capable of withstanding cleaning using powerful acid-based agents, owing to its construction from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Beyond this the streamlined design, coupled to the fact that the panel has neither foil nor labels on the front, means that there are less cracks where bacteria and other pathogens might accumulate.
Beijer says this makes the cleaning process easier, as does the waterproof nature of the product, which enables the panel to be cleaned with high-power water jets without water leaking into the operator panel itself.
